Goulburn City’s Birthday. The Council will present the traditional cake cutting ceremony at 10am in Belmore Park at the Rotunda. This is a public event. Join in and listen to the talks by some of our High School students on what Goulburn means to them and the voices of the younger school children as they lead in “Happy Birthday”. Share in the pride of this wonderful city as it celebrates its 157th Birthday.
