Many post WWII Displaced Persons came to live and work in the Goulburn area in the 1940s and 1950s. Join researcher Nadia Johnson as she shares some interesting stories about these 'aliens'. Find out why an academic from the Australian National University called the city Burton instead of Goulburn. Learn how local schools assisted the migrants to fulfil their obligations to the government. Be surprised by this fascinating, but overlooked history of Goulburn and surrounding towns.
