Goulburn Mulwaree Library presents “Goulburn’s characters and their achievements”.

Author, Phillip Leighton-Daly will speak highlighting the achievements and experiences of prominent locals and historic events contained in his latest books, Hither, Thither and Yon which is a reflective history of the wider Goulburn District and the 2nd book, A Stockade, A Festival and A March. 

Included in the book are local rugby champion, Simon Poidevan, and journalists Ray Williams and Leon Oberg. Events include Australia’s longest overland cattle drive, Lilac Festival history, and the 2015 Kangaroo March. The morning will include performances by folk singer, Cilla Jane, well known drama identity Jennifer Lamb and singer Angela Williamson.
